Any big changes or new content for a sim racing title tends to lead to unplanned issues appearing for some gamers. So we’ve already seen Le Mans Ultimate Update 3 Hotfix 1 and 2 released to solve some problems which appeared after the big December update on Monday.
As you’d expect, Studio 397 and Motorsport Games have focused on a small number of fixes in the first 48 hours since the arrival of new GT3 cars, Interlagos, and more RaceControl functionality. But it’s always good to see sim racing developers plan for quick responses and getting out solutions as fast as possible when everyone will want to enjoy the new content and improvements.
The biggest fix will be for anyone experiencing game crashes using AMD hardware, but you’ll also be relieved to know you can handover your car to a co-op team-mate without losing a race win if it doesn’t work as expected.
There’s still quite a long list of known issues for the Early Access title, but hopefully we’ll continue to see the most important ones being solved relatively soon. A couple are related to the new content, with Interlagos saturated RealRoad not loading correctly, and the McLaren GT3 brake lights sometimes not visible when viewed from other car cockpits.
